As Pakistan is an agricultural as well as under developing country  due to the improper utilization of natural as well as human resources, so with the lack of utilization of its resources the country is not providing  opportunities to  the people that are living here in Pakistan, the youngsters  who got modern education, still sitting idle by having a good degree with remarkable marks, still they remain unemployed and becomes frustrated and their frustration provokes them to leave their home land as their homeland is not providing them such opportunities to groom and utilize their skills here. After a long  struggle and with the wastage of time they remains unemployed so this leads them to think something else as they want to have a place where the employment ratio is high and where they got a good offer with ease with handsome salary package which benefits them so they single handedly can lead their families as well as their own self.
So when this thinking arises in their minds it divert them towards the most developed countries which are well developed in technology, industry and the one with higher literacy rate, so for that they start search jobs in those areas in those countries which are developed one, they apply there and get agree on their all terms and conditions

Illegal Immigrants:
The rate of going abroad in Pakistan is increasing day by day with the increasing rate of unemployment and for that to go abroad people use to contact those people who help them to sent abroad, by this way some people got their destinies while in most cases  people got trapped by the wicked people who show them the vision of  fascinated world which attract the frustrated and suffered people, after getting these innocent people in trust or after convincing them they stole their money, and sent them to their members or agents for them they are working here in Pakistan with illegal routes like they sent them through ships or some times by tankers which are covered and uncomfortable, the agent by sending people through these routes saves their money and the innocent becomes victim, they convince them or realize them that by this route they will reach soon to their destiny, sometimes the people got caught by the legal authorities they charge them and imprisoned them by this they fails to reach their destiny and become victims for nothing as they don’t have idea what is happening to them, that they are getting use by others illegally,  after that they sell them or otherwise they insist them to work for them illegally or with low pay, they snatch their visas and bind them to stay for the time period as they wants. The innocent people got suffered by this way and many families lost their love one by sending them abroad for the purpose to earn money.
In 2011 40 to 50 peoples going to iran by pedal route there was an agent who was responsible to take people from Pakistan to Iran through pedal route,, and after reaching Iran there was some another agent who was waiting for them who took them to their next destiny that was yunan and the way they choose to take people was very dangerous and uncomfortable which may harm people’s life,, so as they reach yunan they got caught by the foreign department, after that they got imprisoned them  they treated them badly there, they aren’t provided with any facility like medical any they got charged badly with many cases related criminality this illegal destinies destroys their career , their life  period and as well as it disgracing the image of Pakistan in front of other nation as that Pakistanis got caught by the foreign department as they were using the illegal way to reach although there are legal routes through which you can easily reach anywhere in any country as no other nation allow anyone to be in their country without their condition and agreement like before going anywhere there are some condition and terms on which we have to get agree and have to make our medical test as well as the visas for certain time duration.

Once an agent took 7 lack rupees from a resident of gujrat Pakistan whose name was waqas got trapped by the, and another person got trapped by an agent the agent demanded from that victim was 3000 dollars to provide him visa in a week for Libya and at that time circumstances of Libya were not sound that anyone can be there,, the Libya  was considered prohibited at that time due to war.
Difficulties faced by Immigrants in abroad:
The immigrant faces so many problems after getting a job  abroad first of all they got low wages due to which they have to do some extra part time jobs to make needs fulfill, as the salary they are getting there is higher if  that amount is converted in Pakistan currency, but if we are comparing it with the country in which they are dwelling so they hardly make their needs fulfill. Secondly the immigrants faces the social and cultural problem as each country got its different culture and social values so to settle down in that environment is another problem for the immigrants. Every country has their own laws, rules and regulation according to their religion as Pakistan’s all rules and regulation are based on Islam so being Muslim they face problem to follow other religion’s rules and regulation. While some countries are technologically advanced as compare to Pakistan so to get familiar with those technologies people face many problems. And foremost as Pakistan is suffering with criminality   issues due to which the image of Pakistan got disgrace and many countries consider Pakistanis as criminals, so the immigrants there at abroad not consider trust worthy although if they are honest and sincere with their work and with the country in which they are living for their earning purpose.

Most Common Issues:
The most common issues that provoke people to go abroad or divert their thinking are lack of opportunities like according to the education they are not granting that type of jobs, because of lack of merit reliance, sometimes due to the source or some kind of favoritism, racialism, provincialism , low employment ratios due to low utilization of resources,, by facing that much difficulties the foreign department or offers attracts more, where the opportunities are so high where the education demands more than the sources, where people are granted to their jobs with the talent and education they have not by the background they got. Where they got handsome salary package and utilize their skills and get benefit.
Profile: Asad Arain

Pakistan has low literacy rate due to which the unemployment rate is increasing day by day,, and the youngsters are developing their thinking as if they got  education beside that they still have to suffer for their career, so after having such type of mindset they stop  realize the real value of education whose roots are bitter but the fruit is sweet, they waste their time in wandering here and there but as with the passage of time when the responsibilities of their home comes up to them ,, at that time they don’t have any choice except using the short cut way to vanish that problem and to earn more from anywhere for that they mostly wishes to go abroad to earn money and to support their family, like wise a person name Asad who have such same ideas regarding education.
Asad arain belongs to kashmiri family. He born in Hyderabad in 1992. He did his matriculation from government  school in 2010. From childhood he don’t have interes in taking education. He spend his time in a bad company of his friends in streets.

He is just matriculated and after getting matured when he wants to support his family , at that time he hardly get the job in private factories for just rupees 8 or 10 thousands in which he can’t support his family as being the elder son, so his friends suggest him the way to go abroad where you may easily support your family, he got convinced with the suggestion of their friends, so then he met with an agent that person guided him  the ways to go abroad, he helped him in making his passport and visa and then he went at Saudi Arabia, the situation he was considering there was totally different as he was supposing it there after reaching the agent sell him to their respective person who just snatched him passport and visa and urged him to do the work for him on the salary package as they wants to give him, they hardly provides him the meal once a day, he was just taking care the  pets the (buffaloes and horses) of that sheikh , they are not allowing him to make conversation or to be in contact with their family members, he remains there for six months in such as bad condition,, after the passage of six month with the mercy of Almighty Allah a kind hearted person came their he met with Asad and asked him that you want to stay here or wants to continue your job here then he tell him each and every thing and then that person helped him to get back his visa and passport and he helped him to escape from there, otherwise he will still remains as an imprisoned one  there.
Now he lives with his family  and doing job in cement factory. Although he is not getting huge amount of salary but he is satisfy and happy to live with his family and country.

Why they prefer for job in abroad?

This is the desire of the most of the Pakistani young guys. Now we try to show you some reasons to do it why they want to go abroad for job, what circumstances behind this.

The youth prefer to go abroad for job because they think that in abroad they can find a big platform to show their skills and talent. Our youth are too lazy to wait and search for good job in Pakistan they always searching for a shortcut to succeed. They believe that there is no
chance to get a bright future in Pakistan and nothing is doing on merit base even though they thinks hundred times before dropping his CV for job in any department in Pakistan because they have no trust on it, and they don’t serve their own country. They only want to go abroad and get a bright future as soon as possible. They prefer to go abroad for job because where they can earn more, they know that Pakistani currency has less power than to other developed countries and they don’t want to waste their time in searching jobs in Pakistan they want to move. Youth not afraid to try working in abroad, because even in difficult economic climate 21st century there are many opportunities. They think that spending some time living in other country give them a better future
There is not a single reason but a bundle of reason are there. First of all, the vast area of opportunities and careers is not available in Pakistan. Unemployment is also a big reason behind this that why our youth want to go abroad.

Figure of Unemployment:

The unemployment rate in Pakistan for the year 2014-2015 is 6 percent. As per these statistics, taken from Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the nation is not going to develop any soon. The country having more than 60% youth has no job or employment opportunities but the government is sleeping over these worrisome figures. Our educated youth struggles day in and day for a respectable as they desire freedom from unemployment.

Unemployment undermines the economics and social stability of any society. Societies which fail to provide gainful and secure employment to their people invite political instability, social unrest and economic insecurity. The link between unemployment and crime has also been well established.

Main Reason:

Many people first of all, get their education for 16 years but as soon as they go to the market they find no job there. This thing frustrated the youth of Pakistan and then when they are not find any job they look for an option to going abroad they just want to move for their better future.

Another basic reason is the lack of recognition of someone’s work. For example if a person is very intelligent and he is earned Gold Medals throughout his/her career and he will not be honored by the government in such a way he deserves. This thing causes the disappointment to the young people of Pakistan and then they think about to go to other country where they find a job which they deserves.

Corruption is another basic factor and it is the greatest reason indeed. Many people take the right of the competent person and this action hurt his/her to being ignore or reject and then they try to avoid this situation and they try to fly towards some other country where these thing are done on merit.

Difficulties Faced By Immigrants:

Now in 21st century, thousands of educated professionals around the world are thinking about immigration to abroad. They do not have a complete picture of what they are going to face in abroad. Most of the educated professional’s immigrants are doing odd job in abroad. They face many problems.

There are some main problem faced by immigrants in abroad.
Lack of Trust: New immigrants do not have work references which is necessary for getting job in abroad. Officially work
reference means, someone tells about your skills, your behavior, your character etc.

In Job Workshop: they tell job seekers that 85% jobs market in abroad is hidden. Hidden job market means, job is offered without advertisement and only employers, managers, supervisors and some of employ of the organization know about them.

Difficulty in communication:people who go abroad for job or for another reason they face the problem in communication they cannot easily talk with new people in their language and because of this problem they are not able to show their talent.

What are the reason here, we have no control on them we can only adjust ourselves according to prevailing condition in job market of abroad.

Why do people choose working in abroad?

Working in abroad is something new and refreshing, modern and adventurous. More and more people choose for job in abroad because it’s a great experience in which you can learn a lot in both, a professional capacity and sociality.

These are the some reason behind to go abroad for job

Why a few Professions For Girls Revised

 Revised
Uroosa Anwer Rajput 114
Article: Why  a few Professions Are Respectable For Girls

Now a days We are living in 21st century where we mostly hear a famous saying that girls are equal as boys or girls are being treated equally like boys… or there is no difference between a girl or a boy working in any field,, but  is this really a fact? I think the reality is opposite it. We girls to whom everything is concern nothing can be happened without our involvement but still we are not treating like the same worth as the boys are going to treat in every field or profession.

In Pakistan women are considered as low potential than males, though Pakistan is an Islamic country and Islam gives parallel positions for males and females. It is the society made rules for women they make boundaries for women that women are restricted for doing only some professions. The society created that kind of conditions around females that females not feel comfort in that environment. These consequences  are harassment, hooting, shooting etc lay down the moral of lady according to requirements of professions we girls are consider as they are not fulfill the requirements of the profession like athlete, sports, engineer, forestry etc because the girls are consider as very sensitive and emotional.

Mostly we hear that for girls teaching is the best profession, while it comes to field work or office work then the minds of our so cold people become change, those girls who are working in offices or doing any field work they consider them as not the worthy or respective as a girl should worth respect  or value.

The basic reason behind this discrimination is just the negative thinking of our society, even after being educated still the people are failed to mold their thinking  about such a common issue which just require common sense I think…. And still we are demanding that we want progress or want to make Pakistan as a developed nation so how could it can be possible that except indulging 53% of your country’s population , making it aside and demanding for development.

Let’s take a glance at the professional life of developed countries where  girls are treating the same as the boys in the professional field with no restriction there are same rules and limitations for both of them if we are going to take the example of the developed country China the girls are working with the boys in the same proportion even they work on garage shops for repairing the cars or motor bikes, all the developed nations allowed their women to work in same proportion with the same worth and respect because they are treated like a professional in every field whether it is garage shop or any Multinational company a bank or any government office..

Our government should even focus on while they are going to announce any vacancies they just going to give the male and female quota as total 30 seat 25 for men and 2 for minorities and 3 for women quota so see the difference and discrimination over here so how could we be the developed nation soon as we are keep on doing the gender inequality. It’s our responsibility also that we should protest against such discrimination.

We should change the thinking point of view and should treat the girls as professionals not as a point of attraction, a charm of personal offices or a good company. We should provide the women confidence and security that they feel comfortable to work in any profession and the man should cooperate with her, so that they can handle all their responsibilities either personal or professionals more deligently and to bring women in all professions thoroughly claim the improve development outcomes for the next generation and empowering the economy of the country.

Feature; Central library Sindh University

FEATURE: CENTRAL LIBRARY  SINDH UNIVERSITY

UROOSA ANWER RAJPUT

“Libraries are the thin red line between civilization and barbarism.”
Central library is commonly abbreviated in Sindh university by its students as cl.. It is the main library of Sindh university.. This library is functioning from 1975. This building is centrally located at the main location which is now termed as zero point. Which is the centre point of almost all departments of sindh university. The  outer look of this building is quite decent  but internally it seems as a puzzle where a new commer can easliy lost its way.
This library is fully equipped with the huge collection of all type of books including  all departments from science faculty to arts collection, with variety of languages.
As we enter in the library there is main counter in front from where we can issue the required book its left and right side with the main enterance two photostate shops are there at both sides from where the students get benefit. Behind the counter there is a book locker where tags and keys  and references are available which is quite helpful their each book having a code and key which the user use to issue that particular required book. At the left side there is bookbank from where we can easily be the members of central library, along with that there is another big hall which is called as news paper library where 21 different news papers arrive daily in different languages(Eng,Urdu and Sindhi, at the left side there is also a room which facilitate the students where the students got an a.c room where they can easily get benefit from that issued books. At the first floor there is another library  with variety of books for the ease of students,, there is also a room where the check and balance made for the losted books and the requirement of new books are recorded there. At the second floor there are also libraries with separte urdu section in which urdu, persian, urdu poetry and prose books are available, and two computer labs with the facility of internet which is really helpful for the students. Central library is the three story building  and you can reach to the upper floor by the help of those stairs that are located centrally at front side left and right sides are also equipped with the stairs as to provide the multi ways to their 52 department’s student so that they can use any of the side to go upper level and to come back at ground floor from either of that way. Central library is fully air conditioned..
According to Abdul Hafiz Qureshi incharge of  Newspaper library mostly more than 50% students come there to bunk their classes or to pass their time  and they are giving this a name called group study which infact is just oppose it, the  students sit there in groups and usually spend their time in chit chat and they mostly don’t get benfit from any library or from the net café even they usually  do net surfing on social sites like facebook or twitter.
The outer look is decent but internally it’s a puzzle ,, it gives scary look if the light goes out. It is equipped with lifts but unfortunately they are useless,  and there are water coolers at each floor but it usually provides hot water.
One interesting thing is that all the departments of sindh university final year project  theisis submit one copy at their own department and one at central library.
This library possessed the books from 1950 till onwards, and have billions of collection of books.
This central library is not confined to the sindh university  students it’s also for the other educational institutes that are affiliated with sindh university those institute  can also get benefit from it.
The  biggest achievement of this library or about those who want to flourish this library a symbol of it is at the second floor there is holy quran written in hand writing and that is kept in urdu section.
In news paper library there are the portraits and paintings of allam ii kazi which is the great monument of cl.
Its membership is quite cheap any one can afford it it also provide membership for the m.phill and phd students.

Article: Why Only Some Professions Are Respectable For Girls
Uroosa Anwer Rajput
We are living in 21st century where we mostly hear a famous saying that girls are equal as boys or girls are being treated equally like boys… or there is no difference between a girl or a boy working in any field,, but  is this really a fact??? I think the reality is opposite it. We girls to whom every thing is concern nothing can be happened without our involvement but still we are not treating like the same worth as the boys are going to treat in every field or profession.
In Pakistan,  women are considered as low potential than males, though Pakistan is an Islamic country and Islam gives parallel positions for males and females , but the thing is that on the bases of consequences, on the basis of physical fitness and on the bases of social conditions females are not considered, not allow to progress as the man. It is the society rules,, society made the restriction for women they make boundaries for women that women are restricted for doing only some professions. This is our society which do not allow the girls  to do any kind of job because when the women going outside for work she faces many difficulties. The society created that kind of conditions around females that females not feel comfort in that environment. These consequences  are harassment, hooting, shooting etc lay down the moral of lady according to requirements of professions we girls are consider as they are not fulfill the requirements of the profession like athlete, sports, engineer, forestry etc because the girls are consider as very sensitive , delicate, emotional.
Females is not wiser like male, the society thinks that women have less wisdom.
Mostly we hear that for girls teaching is the bet the best profession , while it comes to field work or office work then the minds of our so cold peoples become change, those girls who are working in offices or doing any field work they consider them as not the worthy or respective as a girl should worth respect  or should be valued,,
The basic reason behind this discrimination is just the negative thinking of our society or the inhabitants of society which we called as an educated society,, even after being educated still the people are failed to mold their thinking  about such a common issue which just require common sense I think…. And still we are demanding that we want progress or we want to make Pakistan as a developed nation so how could it can be possible that except indulging 53% of your country’s population , making it aside and  demanding for development.. how could even one can think like that when a country’s 53% population is just confined to a single profession so how’s the rest population can take the country single handedly towards development.
Women or females faces many difficulties in many profession except teaching or where the male community is dominating.. the men usually harrest them. They don’t feel protective   there, the girls are not provided with the confidence as they require to have while working with male community they just treated their as the best time passer or the attraction of their department.
Lets take a glance at the professional life of developed countries there the  girls are treating the same as the boys in the professional field there is no restriction for the girls that they can’t move in this or that field there are the same rules for both and same limitations for both of them even if we are going to take the example of the developed country China the girls are working with the boys in the same proportion even they work on garage shops for repairing the cars or motor bikes, all the developed nations allowed their women to work in same proportion with the same worth and respect because they are treated like a professional in every field whether it is garage shop or any Multinational company a bank or any business administration or any government office.. any nation who is willing to be developed rather than keep on striving its status as developing nation it should take their girls in front and provide them the all facilities and security and confidence.
Our government should even focus on while they are going to announce any vacancies they just going to give the male and female quota as total 30 seat 25 for men and 2 for minorities and 3 for women quota so see the difference and discrimination over here so how could we be the developed nation soon as we are keep on doing that type of differences between gender or we keep on doing the gender inequality. It’s our responsibility also that we should protest against such discrimination.
According to the World Bank’s 2012 World Development Report: Gender Equality and Development, closing these gender gaps matters for development and policymaking. Greater gender equality can enhance economic productivity, improve development outcomes for the next generation, and make institutions and policies more representative.
We should change the thinking point of view and should treat the girls as professionals not as a point of attraction, a charm of their office and shouldn’t take the benefit of their innocence or presence.
We should provide the women confidence and security that their confidence increases and they feel comfortable to work in any profession and the man should cooperate with her because they have other responsibilities also like house hold tasks… so we should encourage them and make them feel ease so that they can handle all their responsibilities either personal or professionals more deligently and to bring women in all professions thoroughly claim that the development and empowering the economy of the country.
