Before students were struggling to get internships even it was very difficult to get unpaid internships and were facing problems because one can’t get a job in well reputed organizations without experience, now this problem has been solved and is beneficial for all graduates.
College graduates with 16 years of education will be eligible for the scheme, said Inter-Provincial Coordination Secretary Ijaz Chaudhry., who will be placed in organizations from 150 fields, depending upon their qualification. This scheme is not limited to Government Departments only, and private sector is also included in this project.
In 2008 this scheme was started by Pakistan People’s Party as well but that didn’t work well because it was started in the first year of their government and was limited to only Government departments.
