Memon (Advocate) Sindh high court
“Let’s judge the crime
to trap the criminal”
Mr. Fazal was born in
1-April-1966 at Hala old. He passed his primary, secondary and higher education
from Hyderabad, then he did his LLB from university of Sindh through Sindh law
collage Hyderabad Afterward he acquired post graduate degree in M.A Economic,
Sociology and also LLM from the University of Sindh Jamshoro.
Then he started his
career as an Advocate of High court on 23rd of March 1995 ,he have
been working an advocate civil criminal , revenue , labor
and banking side and also have acquired position as a leading lawyer who is
much well known in the society and legal fraternity, he have rendered his
valuable services from his brothers and sisters.
The honorable members of
the Districts and high court bar association it is also pride for him that he
have extended his full support to him by casting his valuable votes in his favor
as result Which I was elected as
joint secretary, dist. bar association Hyderabad in the year of 2002, he also
have been elected as member of Sindh bar council twice i.e. 2004 to 2009, 2009
to 2014 till 2018, then he was elected as chairman executive committee of Sindh
bar council in 2007, he provided all assistance to his brothers and sisters
with sincere efforts.
Beside of all this is
being prominent and leading lawyer he also has been nominated twice as member
board of governor’s law collages (Affiliated to the University of Sindh)
He also the member of
Human rights commission of Pakistan since last twenty years , member of the
executive committee Sindh chambers of agriculture, member executive
committeeSindhAbadgar board , life member red crecent Adabi sangat hyd, memberd
zakat and usher committee , member elected twice hyd, life member Sindh
graduate s association , member organizing committee Sindh , member lawyers
forum hyd and holding office of justice of peace at hyd EX standing council 3
Govt of Pakistan.
Q: what does law
means? Does it follow in Pakistan as it seems in books?
Ans:Law, simply means rules and regulations through which a system can be built in a

yes it follow in Pakistan, because books contain such things has got the reality likewise law has got
reality and then comes in books so, in
short law is being followed as its seems in books.
Q: who is your
judicial role models? Why?
Ans: My judicial role
model is honorable justice RT late Rana Bhagwandas because of the principles,
dedication, discipline, hard work and sincerity toward the field.
Q: Do you possess any
expertise in a field other than a law?
Ans: Well law is mother
of every field and yes by the grace of Almighty Allah I do possess expertise in
these fields that is science, engineering arts and so on.
Q: what is your general judicial philosophy?
Ans: Philosophy can be done by the philosopher but I would only say that we must hate the crime not criminal
Q: what message do you want to deliver for those who is studying law? How can they get the success in this field?
Ans: Here I would quote Quaid-e-Azam’s message that is unity, faith and discipline and this is my message as well to get success in this field and also in every field.
